How your cost works

No mystery, no surprise bills. Your cost comes from just two things — and most of it is included in your monthly plan. Here’s exactly how it adds up.

The two things that drive cost

1. AI voice minutes

Every second the AI is on the phone — greeting, screening, taking a message, or holding a full conversation — counts as AI voice time. Your plan includes a monthly bundle of minutes. That’s the one number that drives your cost.

2. Real voice (the human-sounding upgrade)

By default the AI uses a clean standard voice. Switch a number to the real, human-soundingvoice for a warmer, more natural customer feel. On Solo it’s a $49/mo add-on; on Business and Reception it’s already included — your plan minutes simply sound human.

What uses your minutes — and what doesn’t

If you run low

Nothing shuts off mid-call. When you’re running low, you buy prepaid top-up minutes in advance — $5 / $15 / $25 blocks — and they never expire. No surprise overage on your bill, ever.

Business — $129/mo500 minutesIncluded

Extra numbers $10/month, sharing your plan’s minutes. All prices in CAD.

Texting your customers

Customers can text your business number and you reply — from your phone or your dashboard inbox — without ever exposing your personal cell. Each message in or out counts as one text. Every plan includes a monthly bucket; after that it’s a few cents each:

If you’re a one-person operation

You don’t need to change your phone. Two easy setups:

Replacing an office phone system?

If you’re paying a phone company hundreds a month for a landline, the Reception plan ports your number, screens and routes every call to the right person, and can sound like a real receptionist — usually for less than your current bill, plus a one-time setup. Keep your cells for 911; we handle the business line.
