Service Agreement

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This Service Agreement governs your subscription to CallCompanion, operated by All Spark Enterprises Ltd.(“we”, “us”), Devlin, Ontario, Canada. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to all of them.

1. Your $5 trial and the setup charge

When you start, you choose a plan and a phone number, and you pay a one-time $5.00 CAD setup charge. That charge (a) confirms your payment card works and (b) pays for your phone number’s first month. You then get a 14-day trialof your chosen plan’s features, subject to fair-use limits. The $5.00 charge — which includes 25 minutes of the real AI voice — is non-refundable.

2. What happens after 14 days

Your plan starts automatically on day 15. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your chosen plan begins and the card you provided at sign-up is charged the full monthly price(and monthly thereafter). We text you a reminder the day before. The $5.00 you already paid is credited toward your first invoice, so you are not charged twice for your number’s first month. You may also activate your subscription early at any time during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged again; you can either keep your number on a paid hold or release it. Amounts charged are non-refundable.

3. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep service until then. Amounts already charged are non-refundable, including partial months.

4. Plans, included usage, top-ups & minutes

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of calls, talk-minutes, and texts. Your included minutes reset at the start of each billing period(they don’t carry over). To go beyond your allowance, you buy prepaid top-up minutes in advance — we do not bill you after the fact. With a card on file you can enable automatic top-ups so minutes are added in small increments before you run out, or top up manually.

Prepaid top-up minutes never expire and roll over month to month; they are used only after your monthly plan allowance is spent. They are lost only if you close or cancel your account, and prepaid amounts are non-refundable. You can view your usage and balance anytime in your dashboard. We may adjust plan prices, allowances, or rates on 30 days’ notice. Rates are on our pricing breakdown.

5. Your phone number

Numbers are provided through our telecom partner. While you maintain an active subscription the number is yours to use; if your subscription ends for any reason, the number may be released. Number portability (in or out) is handled case-by-case and may involve additional fees.

6. Automated messages and consent

You are responsible for having the right to call and text the people you contact through the service, and for complying with Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) and all recording and privacy laws that apply to you, as described in our Terms of Service.

7. Notice before you’re charged

Before your trial ends we will send a reminder (by text and/or email) that your trial is about to end and that continuing will result in charges. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

8. Assignment, successors & a possible name change

We may assign or transfer this agreement, and provide the service through, an affiliated company, a successor, or a new legal entity — for example if CallCompanion is moved into or spun out as its own corporation. In that case the new entity takes over this agreement on the same terms, and your service continues without interruption.

The service or company name may also change(a rebrand, or the name of the entity that provides it). A change of name does not change your plan, your price, or your rights under this agreement. We will let you know of a material change of provider or name by email or in the app, so it’s never a surprise. You may not assign your own account to someone else without our written consent.
